Basically an ideal anime?

I started rewatching Toji no Miko, which is a show about high school girls fighting demons, the deuteragonist wanting to kill the primary antagonist because she's supposedly responsible for the death of her mother, and the protagonist...

Oh, Kanami :') Her whole deal is that fencing is her passion, and she immediately forms an attachment to Hiyori just based on the fact that it seems like she's gonna get a good fight out of her when they get around to it.

Also every position of significant power is held by a female characters, and the long-standing friendships between the female characters' families are at the core of the plot, and there's entwined fates and prophesies and it's all about personal agency across multiple generations.

And the action and plot scheming is pretty good. There's even fucked up evil science! I just wish it had a more prominent fandom so I knew what kinda fic I could be expecting out of the series.
