This week has felt so so long

Coming home from owkr is so exhausting, because you gotta put the groceries away and change clothes before you can even consider lying down. Thank god for wet wipes, because if I also had to shower before taking a nap, I'd probably quit work altogether. I just cannot fucking be bothered to shower every day. Especially not in winter. I am too tired and disabled for that. I just wanna be not-stinky.

I have no idea what is happening, but any time I play games that require a lot of concentration I end up with sore lips, presumably from biting them.

I just don't recognise that I'm doing it so I can't stop doing it :'D

(no subject)

Played up to where you can get in Iron Kingdom on the first visit, and up to the second movement upgrade of Kaanul, which puts me squarely out of the very, very long prologue to the main game. It bums me out that Qadira's plot will have to wait but I'm already quite impressed with the sheer variety of the areas so far.

I'm tired out on gaming for tonight, so I'm getting started on Oban Star-Racers and there's been at least one moment of "oh! Oh, this is gonna be good :D" visuals, even if the dub is. Hm. I don't exatly dislike it, but it doesn't impress me yet.

The visual design really pulling its weight

Oban Star-Racers has some pretty solid CGI for a show from 2006, especially when paired with the highly stylised colour palette.
