yvannairieCurrent plans are to post links to my Ao3 and fic and start migrating some of my meta from Tumblr/Tumblr backup -- most importantly a lot of the Xenoblade Chronicles X stuff written over the past two years, as well as some of the longer TF things I've already managed to write.
Simple as that sounds, I'm having trouble getting started >_> Whenever I touch any of my old writing I get the compulsive need to edit. That phrasing is kinda akward, that point doesn't quite follow, that point no longer applies, that one I talked myself out of in another post and I must avoid being contradictory at all costs. And then once you let yourself go down that road once, it becomes harder and harder to resist doing more of it.
I like a lot of the XCX stuff just fine, and I don't want to get dragged down into rewriting 70k of Things about a Thing that currently only me and a single friend are still invested in, but. Admittedly most of it was originally written just because me and Rosy were so damn invested. Maybe if I get a good pace going republishing some of that stuff in a prettier format, I'll even toss my masterpost of Why Lao Is The Worst here, too. The one thing I always liked about journal sites is that it's much easier to avoid seeing content that disagrees with you, so I'm probably gonna be a lot more open about my bitter opinions about things over here than I was on Tumblr.
