Proof that mobile games with daily login bonuses are good, actually:

1. Cookie Run having everything on a timer means I can only lie in bed until the daily missions are done, and puts a soft cap for how long I can put off getting up.

2. Transformers: Earth Wars having crystals respawn every eight hours means I'm reminded that I need to eat something.

3. Pokémon Go having day streaks means I need to leave the house at least once every day to walk down the block to the PokéStop and back.

Let me preface by saying congrats on finding a good solution for yourself! However, I find that if I'm low-energy enough to not want to do the important things (like get out of bed, or feed myself) I nearly always give up on the video-game timers as well...

Yeah, it probably won't work if you can't motivate yourself to respect a timer, but for my mid-level funk they're pretty much perfect. It also helps that I like PoGo and Cookie Run for their gameplay as well, and kinda wish CR had less to do so it wouldn't take up so much of my time.
