Agnian Bladelore and Kevesi Bladelore aren't actually that different, but the reason Agnians often end up with a wider variety and more individualised variations of their weapons is because they're able to naturally cycle ether without the help of a power frame. This allows their Blades to slowly undergo evolution through small changes in function and aesthetics. Kevesi Blades naturally changing over time is why their power frames keep drifting out of synch, but most people don't have continuous access to a weapons engineer who could help maintain performance through a Blade's evolution. Instead, general efficiency is maintained, and this often ends up eliminating the changes in fighting style and temperament that would naturally lead into changes in the Blade.
