A conundrum

I do love and appreciate the TF fandom for how cavalier it is about OCs but I also genuinely love so much of the existing cast so much that any story that is set during the war, I will inevitably end up staffing with characters whose relationship to the war I'm familiar with and also want an excuse to keep alive.

So a lot of my OCs will either exist exclusively before the war, created to be killed off, or exist post-war, and have their relationship to it also be in the past because canon already has me stuffed full, y'know?

(Also this post was bought to you by me waking up like "it would be Really Fucking Funny to make Velocity a Metrotitanfucker" and I can't stop thinking about how funny that would be.)

DW only has a limited amount of tags available I'm being economic

For the unitiated and also as a reminder for myself:

• I tag Earth Wars and Devastation content with "Transformers G1" b/c G1 is enough of a crack sandwich that I don't feel bad about shoving those games in there

• I tag all of Aligned -- games, novels, the Covenant of Primus and also whenever I accidentally talk about RID'15 -- with "Transformers Prime"

• I will occasionally tag IDW-specific things with "Transformers IDW" but most often than not those will be under my generic "Transformers" tag

• TBH the only tag that isn't a Continuity Soup tag is "Transformers Animated" and maybe Beast Wars once I get around to it

• I promise no consistency, though, this is my blog and I will tag whatever I want with whatever tag I feel suits it the best

• (Unless it's something where the context is absolutely critical for understanding what I'm talking about)

Please brain tell me what I'm doing wrong

I wonder if making a post talking about my current WIPs and what makes me feel Bad about them would help me get back into writing or if that would just be more navel-gazing.

(And if it would be more navel-gazing, would that even be a bad thing?)
