I'm trying to work through my (literally tens of thousands of words of) notes about Vos, and the social structures/infrastructure that form in areas with heavy air traffic and why the relatively less populous and less diverse flight frames have such an important role in the economic structure of the region.

(I'll give you a hint -- it has to do with economics.)

Problem is, as always with dense worldbuilding of this type, that I don't really have a solid angle of attack. The reason for the literal thousands of words of notes is b/c I've been fascinated with social structures being self-similar on multiple levels, headcanon jamming about Starscream and various other fliers, and also puzzling out the movements of the Autobot-Deception war, and why a relatively out-of-the-way area like Vos is so strategically important.

The fun thing about Transformers is that a lot of social conditions allegories become literal when discussing the politics of Cybertron. A highly stratified social structure like Vos is probably also physically stratified, which actually gels nicely with the physical needs of the people inhabiting it.
