yvannairie*muttering to myself* Just fucking PM them, c'mon, let's fucking do it, we're all a fucking mess and none of us know what we're doing and we're all raw and hurt and lonely and unmoored and we know, self, we know we're not the only one who currently wishes we'd reached out more and circled the wagons and taken notice, who wish we'd put a little bit more effort into talking to people, not just occasionally clicking like or reblogging, like
we all fucked up, thinking social media was gonna be the answer, that mere presence would endear us and not alienate us further, we're not alone in that, it's not too late and washing up on the shore after jumping ship hasn't so far been exactly a lonely experience, you already have things in common with these people and all you need to do is open your mouth and talk to them about it.
