It started with lots of core systems suddenly becoming incredibly unreliable for me, and now there's news that Tumblr's skeleton crew has lost at minimum a fourth of its remaining staff, most of them senior staff. We've been in the endgame of when the site goes down for years now but I think this is the final cut, the next time we have a big outage that's gonna be it.
