Really! It's time for me to quit Tumblr!

How do I explain to a perpetually outraged userbase that nobody decided to flag "trans", "crossdressing", "lesbian" or any of the other words. How do I explain that this is the result of an automated system reproducing the biases of society. How do I explain to people that unless that bias in the system is called out as violating Tumblr's own terms of service, it's never gonna get changed because it doesn't affect the majority of the users? How do I explain to them that there are thousands of words like that that are also flagged that shouldn't be, but nobody notices because they're not topics anyone cares about.
