I still prefer to interprete both Apollo's and Athena's skills as supernatural, and the in-universe explanations are just everyone in Aceattorneyverse thinking magic doesn't exist when we factually know spirit mediums are real.

They use what we would recognise as secular, scientific language but they do not work like those specific things they're called work. But I also like them, I like my law children with superpowers, so I am simply making it work for myself and ignoring the #problematic aspects XD
