10th to 13th, YouTube creators are having a walkout, so I'm gonna go ahead and block the site until that is over.

I'm looking at bokken for aikido (b/c I'm thinking of asking my parents to get one for me for Christmas, they like investing in my hobbies) and despite my teacher specifically saying I should get one that's plain and doesn't come with a tsuba or a sheath, I keep finding extremely pretty bokken and going "... but I want that one"

Like I am going to be vain enough to get my insignia carved on it anyway!! Why not put the carving on something that is already pretty??? I am terrible at following advice.
