Sounds like burnout to me. I would just go ahead and commit to not writing for a little while, and see if that helps any.
Or, if you get guilty about not replying to comments, you can always just slam a generally-approving-emoji on it as a comment. I do that sometimes. 100!, thumbs up, and the spock salute are good go-to's.
It is so hard, though!! Commenting is a huge part of my general socialisation -- like, considering how easy it is to get burnt out on texting and Discord, it feels like the least disruptive way to get that Good Engagement with people, and it's also something I can do with relative strangers.
But then it's kind of like... commenting is also writing to a degree, you want to give something back by leaving good comments, but then the not-having-words starts to extend to it too.
