Here's a fairly cursed idea: Jazz is absolutely the type of character who's speak Gratuituous English in a Japanese dub.

Which, I guess, means that he's the obligatory Gratuitous Spanish speaker in English? Cool.

(I know the equivalent is usually Gratuitous French but French has a totally wrong rhythm for it and always has IMO. So Spanish it is.)
