I agree. It's become damned hard to be a rational person discussing why you dislike a character or ship because there are so many people demanding that other people stop liking or shipping what they dislike or don't ship that folks just assume you're one of them. When I came back to Tumblr and realized that people categorize writing about dislikes as "hate" or "negativity," I was shocked and then exasperated and annoyed.
