I love it when I'm barely breaking a hundred and some rally driver decides I'm not going fast enough for them and overtakes me, and then I catch up to them ten minutes later because they got stuck behind someone going even slower than I was due to oncoming traffic.

Like that shit is catnip to me. I love nothing more than driving behind them with proper highway spacing, gloating about their same-day-delivery order of instant karma. Like, well done, numbnuts! Good going, you idiot! Behold the consequences of your actions! The crown of foolishness has landed on your brow, you dunce!

I get this feeling when someone overtakes me (especially if they do it in like a douchey way) and then I catch up to them at the next red light or yield sign.

Like, congrats! You get first place! Your prize is being bored at the red light the longest!

I get this so much because some knobheads see my L plates and even if I’m driving at the correct speed have to overtake me.

Then as you said, get stuck in traffic with me behind them having not got anywhere (but possibly been done for speeding for overtaking me.)

Yesssss hard same! Love passing assholes who passed me first in dickish ways, love seeing them get cut off by slow drivers who merge in front of them, love seeing them get stuck in the new slow lane with no immediate way to get back out.
