The thing that continues to be the biggest problem to me as someone who uses the internet to both talk and write and loves all textual mediums is that I will in the middle of a text-based conversation randomly have a switch flipped in my head that puts me into "writing mode" and ruins whatever flow the conversation was going to have".

And this is also how some of my best writing gets made.

Anyone who needs the expression "writing a thing out loud" needs to reasses their life.
